Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and select international locations where available at checkout.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery time is typically 6 to 10 business days from the date your order ships.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking email.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Aire Society is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@airsociety.com. We can only make changes if the order has not already been processed or shipped.
Orders Marked as Delivered
If your tracking says your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery area, with household members, neighbors, your mailroom, or your local carrier.

International Shipping
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier timelines.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.
