Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Aire Society. We want you to feel confident with your order. If something is not right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn or unused.
- Clean and free from damage.
- With tags, if applicable.
- In its original packaging.
- With a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shoes may be tried on indoors to check fit and comfort, but the outsoles must remain clean, pristine, and free from scratches, dirt, stains, or visible wear.
Items that show signs of outdoor wear, heavy use, damage, odors, stains, or missing packaging may not qualify for a return or refund.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- The email used at checkout.
- The item you want to return.
- The reason for your return.
- Photos of the item, including a top view and outsole or bottom view if returning footwear.
If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions and let you know where to send your package.
Please do not send your order back without contacting us first. Items sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If we provide a return shipping label, a $10 USD return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees, shipping protection, duties, taxes, and other checkout fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets our return eligibility requirements.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct size, color, or item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at:

- The item.
- The issue or damage.
- The packaging.
- The shipping label.
Once we review the issue, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or altered.
- Items without original packaging.
- Socks, insoles, or personal-use accessories that have been opened, worn, or used.
- Custom, personalized, or special-order products.
- Items returned without approval.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
Sale Items and Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Some discounted or promotional items may also be final sale if stated on the product page, promotion, or checkout page.
Promotional Orders
If your order was part of a bundle, free gift, “Buy One, Get One,” “Buy 2, Get 1,” or similar promotion, all items included in the promotion may need to be returned together to qualify for a refund.
If only part of a promotional order is returned, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the value of the promotion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at:
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, please follow our return process after your order is delivered.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification.
To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn or unused.
- With tags, if applicable.
- In its original packaging.
- With a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other related charges unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method when sending back an international return.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We want to resolve issues directly and fairly.

Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback for a valid order may result in further action.
