What is AireStep?

AireStep is comfort-focused work footwear designed for long days, busy shifts, and everyday support. It is made to be easy to wear, easy to clean, and comfortable for people who spend hours on their feet.

Is AireStep good for nurses and healthcare workers?

Yes. AireStep is designed with long-shift comfort in mind, making it a strong option for nurses, healthcare workers, caregivers, and professionals who are often standing, walking, or moving throughout the day.

Is AireStep slip-proof?

AireStep is designed for steady everyday wear, but no footwear can guarantee complete slip prevention on every surface. Always use caution on wet, oily, uneven, or slippery floors.

Is AireStep puncture-proof or medical-grade protective footwear?

Unless specifically stated on the product page, AireStep is not certified medical protective equipment, puncture-proof footwear, or safety-rated work footwear. It is designed for comfort, convenience, and everyday work use.

Is AireStep easy to clean?

Yes. AireStep is made to be easy to wipe clean. We recommend using a soft damp cloth and mild soap when needed. Let it air dry before wearing again.

Can I wear AireStep all day?

Is Noelle AirNimbus+™ good for long walks?

Noelle AirNimbus+™ is designed for daily comfort, but comfort during long walks may depend on your foot shape, walking style, and the surface you are walking on. For extended walking, make sure the fit feels secure and supportive.

Does Noelle AirNimbus+™ come in different colors?

How do I clean Noelle AirNimbus+™?

What is Cloudies™?

Cloudies™ is soft, cloud-like comfort footwear made for tired feet, off days, after-shift comfort, lounging, errands, beach days, and relaxed everyday wear.

When should I wear Cloudies™?

Cloudies™ is perfect after work, after long shifts, around the house, on casual days, at the beach, by the pool, while traveling, or anytime your feet need a soft place to land.

Is Cloudies™ waterproof?

Cloudies™ may handle light moisture depending on the product material, but it should not be treated as fully waterproof unless stated on the product page. Avoid prolonged soaking or extreme wet conditions.

Can I wear Cloudies™ outside?

Yes, Cloudies™ can be worn casually outside depending on the surface and conditions. Avoid rough terrain, sharp surfaces, extreme heat, and slippery areas.

Is Cloudies™ good after a long shift?

Yes. Cloudies™ is designed for that after-shift feeling when you take off your work footwear and want something soft, light, and easy on your feet.

Socks, Insoles, and Accessories

Does Aire Society sell socks and insoles?

Yes, when available, Aire Society may offer socks, insoles, and comfort accessories to pair with our footwear. Please check our product pages for current availability.

Can I return socks or insoles?

For hygiene reasons, socks, insoles, and personal-use accessories may not be returnable once opened, worn, or used. Please review the product page and our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

Can I use my own insoles with Aire Society footwear?

In some styles, you may be able to use your own insoles if the design allows it. Fit can vary depending on the thickness and shape of the insole.

Sizing and Fit

How do I choose my size?

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Sizing may vary slightly by product style, so we recommend using the product-specific size chart whenever available.

What if I am between sizes?

If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, especially if you prefer extra room or plan to wear thicker socks.

Are Aire Society products good for wide feet?

Do Aire Society products need to be broken in?

Can I try my order on before deciding to return it?

Yes. You may try footwear on indoors to check the fit and comfort. To remain eligible for return, the item must stay clean, unworn outside, free from damage, and in its original packaging.

Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payment methods available at checkout, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay Installments when available.

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices are listed in United States Dollars, unless otherwise shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at hello@airsociety.com. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at hello@airsociety.com. We can only update the address if your order has not already been processed or shipped.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details. Please review it carefully and contact us right away if anything looks incorrect.

Shipping and Delivery

Where does Aire Society ship?

We currently ship to the United States and select international locations where available at checkout. If your location is not available, please contact us at hello@airsociety.com.

How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is successfully completed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is typically 6 to 10 business days from the date your order ships. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

My tracking says delivered, but I do not see my package. What should I do?

Please check your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, mailroom, household members, and neighbors. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at hello@airsociety.com and we’ll help guide you through the next steps.

Who is responsible for customs, duties, and import fees?

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, clean, undamaged, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, email us at hello@airsociety.com with your order number, email used at checkout, reason for return, and photos of the item if requested.

Can I send my return to the mailing address?

No. Our mailing address is not a return address. Please contact us first and wait for return instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If we provide a return label, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Can I exchange my item for another size or color?

Yes, exchanges may be available within 30 days of delivery if the item meets our return eligibility requirements. Contact us at hello@airsociety.com and we’ll help with the next steps.

What items cannot be returned?

Non-returnable items may include gift cards, final sale items, worn or used products, washed or damaged items, items without original packaging, opened or used socks and insoles, custom products, and items returned without approval.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us right away at hello@airsociety.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, issue, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll review it and do our best to make it right.

Product Care

How should I clean my Aire Society products?

Use a soft damp cloth and mild soap to gently clean your item. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, machine washing, and soaking unless the product page specifically says otherwise.

Can I put Aire Society products in the washing machine?

We do not recommend machine washing unless the product page clearly states that the item is machine washable. Machine washing may damage the material, shape, or finish.

Can I put Aire Society products in the dryer?

No. We recommend air drying only. Avoid direct heat, dryers, heaters, and prolonged direct sunlight, as heat may affect the shape or material.

How do I keep my footwear fresh?

Allow your footwear to air out between wears, keep it dry when possible, clean it gently when needed, and avoid storing it in damp or extremely hot spaces.

Can Aire Society products help with foot pain?

Our products are designed with comfort and daily wear in mind, but they are not a substitute for medical care. If you have foot pain, injury, circulation issues, or a medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Are comfort results guaranteed?

Comfort can vary from person to person based on foot shape, sizing, activity level, work environment, and personal preference. We recommend checking the size guide and trying your footwear indoors first.

Promotions and Discounts

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order. Discounts cannot always be applied after an order has already been placed.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Discount code stacking may depend on the promotion and checkout settings. If a code does not apply, it may not be eligible to combine with another offer.

What happens if I return part of a promotional order?

If your order was part of a bundle, free gift, Buy One Get One, Buy 2 Get 1, or similar promotion, all promotional items may need to be returned together to qualify for a refund. Partial returns may result in an adjusted refund.
